productronica 2025 marked an important moment for Controlar, bringing together our teams from Controlar and EIIT – A Controlar company at a shared stand in Munich to present solutions that reflect our commitment to innovation, quality, and global collaboration.
With strong visitor engagement, productive meetings, and positive feedback from partners and clients, this year’s participation further reinforced our position in the electronics test and automation sector.

At booth A1335/339, we presented a broad lineup of systems and products representing both companies within the Controlar universe.
Controlar showcased the CDIM – Curved Display Inspection Machine, the CMTS – Compact Multicell Test System, PicAI, our AI-driven probe inspection control system, as well as a bed of nails fixture and smaller products like LVDS 1.4M, USB1.4M, and USB2HDBT. EIIT presented its in-line handler systems, including the XILS600, XILS800, and MILS700, alongside the Portable LED Golden Sample Generator.
Complementing our own solutions, our stand also featured partner equipment from MSTech Europe, including the SMART INFINITY platform and the ASYMTEK Select Coat SL-940 conformal coating system.
PicAI at the productronica Forum
Our colleague and R&D+i Engineer Tiago Emanuel Monteiro took the stage at the productronica Forum to present “AI-Driven Probe Inspection Control”, introducing PicAI to a broader audience.
As a contender for the productronica Innovation Award, PicAI drew significant interest from visitors, partners, and the media.
A Week of Connections, Collaborations, and New Opportunitites
Throughout the four days of the exhibition, our stand welcomed a steady flow of visitors. The atmosphere was always lively, with discussions ranging from technical evaluations to long-term strategies.
One key moment of the week was the meeting with Alfatest, where both companies formalized a new partnership in the presence of Fernando Leite, Co-Founder and Global Business Manager at Controlar, and Marius Toader, General Manager at AlfaTest.

Beyond this milestone, we met with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders from various markets, exploring new technical and commercial opportunities for collaboration across the ten countries where each of the different Controlar companies operates.
Stand Cocktail Gathering
To celebrate the moment and bring our network together, we hosted a cocktail gathering at our stand. Nearly 100 guests joined us for an evening of conversation, food, cocktails, and music. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the welcoming atmosphere and clarity of our technological demonstrations.
