KEY PROGRAMS

A400M | Airbus Defence & Space

Development and implementation of interface test systems for the Airbus A400M Final Assembly Line (FAL), including interconnection racks, electronic subsystem test equipment, and system distribution solutions to ensure an efficient and reliable aircraft assembly process. The project incorporates 39 units dedicated to the validation of different electronic subsystems, as well as interconnection racks designed to connect the test systems with the aircraft.

SIRTAP | Airbus Defence & Space

A complete integration test bench was designed for the SIRTAP RPAS, bringing together flight operations, mission supervision, payload management, and communication systems within a single validation platform. The solution includes dedicated modules for aircraft control, mission execution, data links, and Ground Control Station operations, ensuring reliable verification of system interoperability and overall mission performance.

EURODRONE (European MALE RPAS) | Airbus Defence & Space

An integrated validation environment was developed for the Eurodrone RPAS, combining platform, mission, and payload control capabilities within a unified modular setup. It includes flight control, mission management, air-to-ground communications, and a Ground Control Station, enabling full system architecture validation and operational performance assessment.

DASSAULT nEUROn UAV | Dassault Aviation

Development and integration of complete control and training systems, including the ground control station with its shelter, mission equipment racks, and the UAV command console. These solutions improved operational performance, operator training, and the validation of the vehicle’s mission systems.

EUROFIGHTER EF-2000 | Eurofighter GmbH

Test benches were designed for Eurofighter power supply electronic modules and gyroscopes, integrating NI PXI and SCXI platforms. Testing was managed using NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, complemented by digital measurement instruments and NI switching systems, enabling precise validation of the boards and their correct operation within the system. The setup also included six system racks plus a custom-designed console for testing specific Eurofighter aircraft systems.

METEOSAT THIRD GEN. (MTG) | ESA / EUMETSAT

Validation and data acquisition systems were developed for Meteosat Third Generation, including high-speed digital communications in space. The project included the electronic design of PXI interfaces for a 1.5 Gbit/s high-speed bus, data acquisition of up to 3 terabytes, and six test benches for the Data Processing Units (DPU) and Video Control Units (VCU). These solutions enabled the verification and validation of communication system performance and data processing under critical conditions.

RAYTHEON MISSILE SYSTEMS | Raytheon Technologies

Special test equipment and fixtures were developed for the validation of TVA (Thrust Vectoring Actuator) and SCS (Steering Control System) systems for the SM3 AEGIS and SM6 ERAM missiles. These solutions enabled precise testing and ensured the correct operation of CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies) within the framework of ballistic missile defense.

NH90 HELICOPTER | NH Industries

Development and integration of the NH90 Support Center, including power racks for the distribution of 115 VAC/400 Hz and 28 V DC, as well as ground-based cockpit simulation facilities for software support and maintenance. The system integrates more than 30 racks and a console that unifies various helicopter systems. The first delivery was completed in 2010, and since then new functionalities have been added to expand its operational and training capabilities.

TIGER HELICOPTER | Airbus Helicopters

Development of the complete ground‑support infrastructure for the Tiger helicopter, including the design and integration of power distribution racks for controlled delivery of 115VAC/400Hz and 28VDC, as well as the breakout and patching panels required for signal management, functional testing, and maintenance. Our solution centralized power, protection, monitoring, and system access, ensuring safe, organized, and fully configurable operations during test campaigns and technical support activities.

LOCKHEED P-3 ORION | Lockheed Martin Maritime

Development and integration of training and mission support systems for the Lockheed P-3 Orion. This included pilot support stations, crew trainer consoles, and an integration RIG with mission equipment racks to enhance operational training and system validation.

CASA C-295 | Airbus Defence & Space

For the CASA C-295 project, hardware and software support test benches were developed and integrated for troubleshooting purposes, including cockpit simulators, power racks, and complete test systems. These solutions facilitated crew training, efficient system operation, and the technical validation of onboard equipment.

A330 MRTT SIMULATOR | Airbus Defence & Space

The Air Refueling Mission Simulator (ARMS) is a simulator of the A330 MRTT Mission Console, designed to replicate its full functionality for training purposes. The system integrates the control system, power system, and video solution, and also includes the manufacturing of the aircraft cockpit panels.

Systems that enable operators to monitor, control, and manage unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) from a remote location.
