An AI-driven Probe Inspection Control that verifies bed-of-nails fixture conformity by analyzing probe marks on PCBs after ICT (In-Circuit Testing). Using machine vision and AI, it inspects boards of different sizes, colors, and materials, ensuring probe alignment and improving test reliability.
