XILS800
eXtended In-Line Test System
Built for environments with high test point counts and larger PCB formats, supporting In-Circuit Testing (ICT), In-System Programming (ISP), and Functional Circuit Testing (FCT). Designed for speed and stability, the XILS800 achieves an approximate 7-second handling time (excluding test time) and can be configured as part of a scalable in-line system.
COT
Compact Off-Line Tester
The COT is a compact, semi-automatic solution designed for functional testing (FCT), boundary scan testing (BST), and other demanding PCB validation applications. Featuring a pneumatic press and support for bed-of-nails configurations, COT enables fast product changeovers using QCO (Quick Change Over) and provides modern connectivity through MQTT-based monitoring and control.
FLASH HANDLER
In-Line ISP Handling System
The Flash Handler, powered by SMH Technologies, is a compact system designed for in-line PCB programming and ISP applications. It supports a broad range of PCB sizes, enables quick changeovers, and can be connected in series with other handlers to create an efficient in-line programming + test sequence, ideal when space and flexibility matter.
