The Automated Download Stations are industrial  test systems with automatic load of DUTs, that measure voltage, current consumption, DUT status check, etc., using PPS, DMM, CAN device, etc.

Adaptable to both online and offline configurations,  these stations are capable of automatic or semi-automatic load/unload of DUT solutions with a gripper, granting reduction of the floor space.

Some Automated Download Stations may (un)load up to 2 devices per drawer and hold 24 individual DUT in total. Overall, they can be configured to hold as many cells as requested by the customer. These are also modular and open stations that can be used for functional tests or combined testing.

Product configuration

  • DUT programming using multiple download interfaces (CAN/CAN FD, USB2.0/USB3.0, Ethernet/BroadR-Reach™, Boundary Scan, etc.)
  • Test / Measurement Equipment use –  PPS, DMM, CAN device, etc.
  • Use of Mini-PC to dynamically change files to flash.
  • Available in different versions: Compact, Multi-DUTs, Automatic or semi-automatic Load and with Multi and Combined Functionality (Run-in, Burn-in, download station)
