On June 8, the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City opened its doors to business leaders, professionals, and multiple guests for a spectacular award ceremony, organized by Great Place To Work® (GPTW®), marking the culmination of a evaluation process to determine, recognize and celebrate the Best Places to Work™ in Mexico 2023.
As every year, GPTW® organizes this ceremony to deliver awards to all the companies that obtained said certification, through various rankings in company categories such as: Less than 50 Collaborators, 50 to 500 National Collaborators, 50 to 500 Multinational Collaborators, 500 to 5,000 National Collaborators, etc.
In December 2022, Controlar North America (CNA) managed to consolidate itself as a GPTW® company after having met the corresponding standard, standing out in three aspects: collaborators with confidence, pride, and who enjoy sharing what they do in their position. Thus giving us the opportunity to participate in the award in the ranking of Less than 50 Collaborators.
After an inspiring message from Michelle Ferrari (CEO of GPTW® Mexico) to all the guests about the importance of creating safe environments in Mexican companies, CNA received the 9th Place in the Less than 50 Collaborators ranking, as well as a award that our leaders were able to receive on stage with pride and gratitude.
Having obtained the certification and this award, Controlar North America has managed to position itself as a company capable of driving policies and practices that promote excellence in the culture of the workplace, prioritizing the creation of exceptional work environments for its employees and being now, one of the Best Places to Work™ in Mexico 2023.
