Controlar’s pressure impulse test system evaluates the reliability and leak tightness of heat exchangers and other hydraulic components. It applies alternating pressure cycles to simulate the mechanical stresses that water-based devices experience during their service life.

Repeated pressure changes place mechanical stress on components used in HVAC and water systems. The system supports tests on heat exchangers, radiators, tanks and hydrosanitary components, with configurations customizable for different water-heating devices.
Controlled pressure ramps allow the test cycle to be set through the operator interface.
