Overview
Developed as a cost-effective, easy-to-install solution, the OLS400 Universal Offline Handler (from the OLS series) fits with any ICT (In-Circuit) or FCT (Functional) testing needs, while saving space on the factory floor. Its design allows a fast and ergonomic fixture exchange, with less than 3 minutes of fixture changeover time.
Product configuration
Models: OLS400 – ICT and OLS400 – FCT
- High resistance aluminum structure to handle +10KN forces
- Maximum PCB size of 300×230 mm
- Pusher plate guided by four columns, assuring perfect parallel movement
- Mass interface contacts with spring probes in the handler and pins in the fixture
- Drawer system for fixture insertion
- Automatic drawer locking system
- Fixture coding on both bottom and top plates for product/fixture validation
- 2 independent modules (handler and bottom structure)
- 14U rack positions available for instrumentation integration
- Machine control communication drivers for .NET, NI LabWindows CVI, LabVIEW or any other third-party platforms with TCP/IP communication sockets
Main applications
Complete turnkey flashing, ICT and FCT applications, including (when applicable):
- Testability (Test Coverage) Report
- Repeatability (CGK) – Means Capability Report
- Repeatability (CPK) – Process Capability Report
Fixtures
- Fixturing developed in accordance with prior FEA analysis
- Mass interface: composed of pins -inserted in the same plane as the probes (flat-top fixture)
- Easy integration with lateral actuators, scanners, led analyzers, etc..
- Interfaces (including pneumatic) in the main interface block, avoiding extra cables and tubes
