The OLS400 is a compact, semi-automatic handling solution for ICT, FCT, Boundary Scan and ISP/Flashing, designed to support PCB validation outside the main production line.

Combining collaborative fixture handling, a dual pneumatic press and fast changeover, it provides a flexible platform for high-mix, low-to-medium-volume manufacturing where frequent product changes and reliable test contact are essential.

High-mix production environments require flexible test capacity without interrupting the main manufacturing flow.

The OLS400 combines off-line PCB handling, reliable fixture contact and modular instrumentation in one semi-automatic platform. Its collaborative robot can manage fixtures across up to four handlers, while the 3 kN pneumatic press and multipoint interfaces support repeatable testing with up to 1000 test points.

With 14U of instrumentation space, MQTT communication over TCP/IP and compatibility with third-party test applications, the system can be adapted to different products, test strategies and traceability requirements.
