The Automatic Test and Calibration System is an advanced solution designed for the verification and calibration of electronic products, integrating ICT testing, in-circuit programming, customization, and functional testing with a cycle time of less than 10 seconds per PCBA.
Its design enables the automated processing of up to 11 product references, with efficient tray management and automatic rejection of non-conforming products.
Additionally, it offers more than 72 minutes of autonomy without operator intervention and ensures high calibration accuracy, with repeatability below 2% in intensity and less than 0.001 in color chromaticity.
Line Configuration
- Processing of Depopulated Products: Adapts to up to 11 different product references, with the potential for future expansions by incorporating new tools.
- Efficient Tray Management: Handling of both incoming products and trays containing tested and calibrated products, including automatic rejection of non-conforming items.
- Product Conformity Verification: Conducting ICT testing, In-Circuit Programming (In-System Programming), product customization, functional testing, BIN discrimination, and calibration for both intensity (<10%) and color (<0.015 in XY chromaticity).
- Fully Automated Tray Management: Automatic transfer of input trays with products already tested and calibrated to the output area, without the need for operator intervention. This automation enables the machine to operate continuously for over 72 minutes.
- Test and Calibration Performance: Surpassing established specifications with better-than-required repeatability in measurements and calibration, maintaining a margin of less than 2% in intensity and less than 0.001 in color chromaticity.
