OLED display manufacturing combines multiple operations that need to be coordinated to maintain process continuity and ensure product quality.

The OLED Display Assembly Line integrates these operations into a single automated flow, coordinating movements, controls, inspections, and process parameters to reduce variability and support stable, repeatable production. Its architecture enables a cycle time of up to 75 seconds, while maintaining traceability for each unit.
