Overview

Our manual test consoles are designed to program embedded flash memories, for ICT (In-Circuit Testing), FCT (Functional Test), Boundary Scan, or integrated LED testing.

In-Circuit or In-System Programming (ISP) eliminates limitations associated with traditional programmable devices (On-Socket or Pre-Programmed). ISP offers advantages during both design and manufacturing processes by enabling configuration directly on the circuit board or within the system.

As the final step in the inspection and verification process, Functional Testing is typically performed at the end of the production line using a functional test system to validate that the PCBs or the (semi) assembled product meet specifications.

The Boundary Scan method is highly versatile, suitable for a range of applications including system-level testing, RAM and flash memory testing, flash programming, and CPU emulation, among others.

Integrated LED testing checks the correct operation of LEDs, confirming whether they light up or blink as expected. This helps to quickly and efficiently detect soldering defects, faulty connections, or damaged components during manual inspection processes.
