Overview

EIIT – A Controlar company has developed this Automated PCB Assembly and Screwdriving Line, optimized to ensure efficiency, precision, and quality in production.

The system integrates advanced stations for pallet cleaning, quality verification, precise component placement, and artificial vision-based inspection, concluding with an automated product loading station.

Additionally, it includes a manual rework station, offering process flexibility. All data is recorded in the customer’s traceability system, ensuring full control and optimized production flow.

Line Configuration

  • Pallet Cleaning Station: Ensures that no dirt is present on the pallets before the assembly process begins.
  • Quality Verification Stations: Performs pallet quality checks and serial number reading.
