The Best Workplaces™ ranking is a seal of excellence that values the care for people and the results achieved. The recently published list in Portugal highlights the 50 best companies among more than 250 participants.
This marks Controlar’s second consecutive year participating in the Great Place to Work® Portugal certification, and the company has received exceptionally positive feedback from its employees. As a result, Controlar has secured a spot among the best in Best Workplaces™ ranking for 2025.
In fact, 94% of employees state that Controlar is a Great Place to Work, reflecting high levels of trust and satisfaction within the organization.
