Automation Solutions Developer – Professional Internship +Talento Program

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Eligible for the IEFP Professional Internship + Talent Program
• Good knowledge of English (Level B or higher)
• Basic PLC programming skills
• Knowledge of electronics, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation
• Strong motivation to learn and develop new technical skills
• Good verbal and written communication, able to explain ideas and document tasks
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Adaptable to dynamic industrial environments and changing priorities
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Responsible, ethical, and results-oriented attitude

We value

• Ability to read and interpret electrical or pneumatic schematics
• Knowledge of programming languages (C#, Python)
• Introductory experience with industrial protocols (Ethercat, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, EthernetIP)
• Ability to perform simple measurements using a multimeter, oscilloscope, or basic lab tools
• Basic understanding of industrial safety and best practices in technical environments
