PortoResponsibilities
In this role you will:
- Develop artificial vision solutions applied to industrial automation, from concept to implementation in a production environment
- Participate in the integration of vision systems with PCs, PLCs and industrial robots
- Perform testing, validation and commissioning of vision systems at our facilities or at the client's premises
- Document developed solutions and support the creation of internal standards
Your profile
Minimum requirements:
- Experience with machine vision solutions (Halcon, Cognex, Sensopart or others – Halcon preferred)
- Knowledge of programming in C# or Python
- Familiarity with image acquisition, optics, lighting, calibration and 2D/3D metrology
- Ability to develop image processing algorithms
- Knowledge of Git and .NET
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GUI development
- Knowledge of libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit-image, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environment
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in industrial environment or automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
