EIIT celebrates Family Day

A day to share, smile and connect

Last week, EIIT – A Controlar company held a very special event: Family Day. The initiative was designed to bring families closer to their loved ones’ workplace and foster a stronger connection between the professional and the personal spheres.

Throughout the day, visitors were offered the opportunity to tour the facilities, spend time with the team, and enjoy activities created for all ages.

EIIT opened its doors to families

A guided tour through the company’s various work areas allowed family members to better understand the environment where mothers, fathers, siblings and partners carry out their daily tasks.

The tour was met with enthusiasm and curiosity, sparking enriching conversations and reinforcing the team’s sense of pride and belonging.

Creativity for the youngest guests

A dedicated children’s area was set up, where a collaborative mural came to life. The mural featured drawings, messages and colorful expressions of imagination and spontaneity created by the youngest attendees.

It now decorates one of the company’s common areas, serving as a living memory of the event.

A shared afternoon snack

After the activities, an informal snack was offered, including sweets, smoothies, sandwiches, fruit and other treats.

This relaxed moment encouraged conversation, closeness and connection among employees and their families.
