Controlar’s female coworkers are strong and resilient women, but also sensitive and creative. On International Women’s Day, we wanted to provide them an activity that has the power to highlight their beauty and increase their self-esteem.
During a makeup masterclass they had the opportunity to learn, in a simple and uncomplicated way, how to do makeup for everyday life and/or for a party. And above all, to make the most of their natural beauty.
In line with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) defined in the UN 2030 Agenda, Controlar integrates actions to achieve gender equality and empower all women at work, thus contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Today we will be offering our female coworkers a pleasant activity, without neglecting that too many women are being held back by inequality.
