Founded in 2014, Maxim PT is a certified manufacturer specializing in development and production of stencils, fixtures, and mechanical toolings, empowering the Indian electronics and automotive industries to thrive in a competitive global landscape.
The joint venture aims to combine Maxim PT’s technical expertise in Stencil Manufacturing Technology and Tooling & Fixtures with Controlar’s proficiency in Testing and Automation leveraging established synergies and business strengths.
Through this partnership, Controlar plans to expand its Testing and Automation services in India, offering advanced technology and proven products adapted to the evolving needs of the electronics and automation domain in India.
This strategic alliance will enable us to deliver solutions that are locally competitive in pricing, lead times and support, while maintaining the customization expectations of the local market.
Furthermore, the partnership will empower Controlar to support global clients with local subsidiaries through Maxim’s technical support and services.
The Maxim SMT Group will support this JV by incorporating our test and automation solutions to its distribution portfolio, building on Controlar’s established reputation and solution expertise.
Maxim PT will benefit from the support of Controlar’s highly qualified team, which will help enhance their ability to effectively meet the high expectations of the testing and automation industry over time.
A New Competence Center in India
