EIIT Company Policy

EIIT – A Controlar company defines its integrated policy based on its mission, vision and values, ensuring an analysis of internal and external issues that may affect the performance of its systems. 

The whole organization undertakes commitments in the areas of Quality, Environment, RD&I, Information Security, as well as Health and Safety at Work:

Quality

Convey confidence that we have the technical and human capability to consistently and systematically provide products or services that exceed our customers’ expectations and achieve excellent business results, ensuring success and long-term sustainability. Balance the interests of our customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

Innovation

To promote a culture of innovation and creativity, stimulating ideas that can be transformed into projects capable of generating value for the organization, for customers, and in differentiating, eco-innovative, and efficient products .

Information Security

To develop a culture of preservation, integrity, and accessibility that ensures the confidentiality of information across all processes, products, and services.

Health and Safety at Work

To ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all stakeholders, complying with applicable legislation. Implement necessary prevention and protection measures, minimizing risks with the goal of preventing accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases.

Environment

  • To identify and assess the environmental aspects of our activities, products and services, by adopting eco-efficient management models that minimise and prevent their respective environmental impacts.
  • To devwlop environmental protection practices, rationalizing material consumption and properly managing produced waste, effluents, and emissions. ​
  • To develop eco-innovative products and circular economy strategies that promote the reduction, reuse, recovery and recycling of materials, maximizing the life cycle of the products. ​
  • To engage all stakeholders in our environmental commitment, supporting them in achieving their sustainability goals.
  • To implement actions aimed at sustainable development and carbon footprint reduction, with a commitment of achieving carbon neutrality and contributing to global efforts to limit the increase in the planet’s temperature.​

Sustainability

  • To lead a corporate governance strategy that prioritizes ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in analysis and decision-making.​
  • To ensure responsible, ethical, and transparent management committed to combating corruption and preventing unethical practices.
  • To align our practices and decisions with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote a positive impact on communities and the environment, fostering inclusive and sustainable growth.
  • To ensure continuous improvements in environmental, social, and governance performance throughout the entire value chain, engaging all stakeholders. ​
  • To maintain a commitment to a collaborative work environment that fosters the development and recognition of human capital, as well as the physical and mental well-being of all employees.​

Partnership with Customers and Suppliers
The Policy is based on strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders by extending the objectives of the Organization.​

Continuous Improvement
The Management of EIIT is committed to complying with the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001, UNE EN 9100, UNE EN ISO 14001, UNE ISO/IEC 27001, and EN ISO 45001 standards and implementing a Policy of Continuous Improvement at all levels of the Organization.

Compliance Obligations
To act in accordance with applicable legislation, standards, guidelines, as well as other compliance obligations resulting from requirements/needs/expectations of stakeholders associated with management systems. ​

Participation of All Parties
The full implementation of this Policy will only be possible with the participation and support of all employees and other stakeholders of the Organization.

Objectives
All of the organization’s employees contribute to the fulfilment of the defined objectives, taking responsibility for providing data for their effective monitoring and follow-up.​
