On March 8th, our companies commemorated International Women’s Day with a range variety of engaging activities.
In Controlar Portugal, we hosted an interactive session titled “Overcoming Myself from the Inside Out”, led by Vânia Magalhães, a dedicated facilitator and mentor specializing in female empowerment. The discussion addressed the internal barriers that prevent women from reaching their full potential and hinder women’s professional growth, exploring strategies to overcome them, with an emphasis on leadership and empowerment.
Simultaneously, the team at EIIT gathered to reflect on advancements in gender equality while acknowledging the ongoing journey ahead.
Meanwhile, at Controlar North America, our female colleagues participated in a meaningful march for International Women’s Day in Mexico. Beyond walking the city streets, they carried the aspirations, resilience, and legacies of women past and present, striving to create a brighter path for future generations.
