Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of automation projects, with involvement in various phases of the project lifecycle
- Sizing and specification of industrial automation hardware
- Support to the project management team and software development
- Liaison and interface with different internal departments involved in project development (electrical schematic design, mechanical design, electrical/mechanical assembly, etc.)
- Monitoring of projects both internally and at the client’s site
- Support in the identification and resolution of issues
Profile
- Higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Solid knowledge of industrial automation and electrical testing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Level B or higher)
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Strong capacity for innovation
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution, as well as in managing priorities
Valued Qualifications
- Experience in industrial environments and/or machine construction
- Knowledge of peripheral equipment (pneumatics, screwdrivers, lubrication systems, machine vision systems, etc.)
- Mechanical knowledge related to machine building
- Familiarity with the Machinery Directive and experience in the implementation of safety equipment
- Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity for new solutions, critical thinking, and willingness to acquire new knowledge
