Overview
The MILS test handling series is a versatile and cost-effective test handling solution designed for In-System Programming (ISP) and Functional Testing (FCT) of PCBs.
The MILS platform is engineered for high-speed operation, easy fixture changeover, and compatibility with various electronic test technologies. It supports a wide range of PCB dimensions and offers future expandability, making it a versatile solution for demanding testing environments.
Thanks to its compact footprint and serial line connectivity, the MILS700 can operate in in-line system configurations alongside other handlers.
Product Configuration
