Coordinate testing, calibration and product sorting
The process starts with manual loading of tray stacks. Trays are automatically separated and positioned in the robot’s work area, where modules are picked individually and transferred to the test stations.
These stations combine software loading for product personalization with voltage and current calibration and metrology. For 3U modules, the process also includes dielectric withstand testing at high voltage.
After testing, compliant modules return to their original trays, while rejected units are routed to dedicated NOK drawers. Completed tray stacks return to the operator, with tested products ready for the next production stage or shipment.
