Overview
The OLED Module Assembly Station is a highly efficient and precise equipment designed for the assembly of OLED modules.
Its operating cycle begins with the loading and calibration of materials, followed by the preparation of components using automated robots that optimize each stage of the process. The machine integrates a vision and weighing system to ensure that elements are placed accurately, from loading the brackets to adhering the OLED. Once the assembly is complete, a final inspection is carried out to ensure product quality, allowing for efficient management of accepted and rejected modules.
With its advanced technology, this machine represents a comprehensive solution for the production of OLED modules, enhancing efficiency and quality in the assembly process.
Product Configuration
Loader Station Operation: Ensures all necessary materials (OLED trays, brackets, and adhesive) are ready for the assembly process. Calibration of the adhesive cabin is confirmed using a calibrated 5 kg weight prior to production.
Bracket Preparation with Robot Setup and Anyfeeder Mechanism: Responsible for feeding and flipping brackets to ensure they are correctly positioned.
Centering Station with Robot Setup: Placement and alignment of the prepared bracket into this station before OLED application.
OLED Preparation with Robot Setup: Automated coding verification for quality assurance and placement of OLED in the adhesive cabin using a vacuum system to ensure secure fixation.
Plasma Treatment with Robot Setup: Bracket preparation for optimal adhesive bonding and plasma treatment application to improve the adhesive adherence on the bracket.
Adhesive Application and Inspection with Robot Setup: Application of adhesive to the bracket in the specified locations, using information from the vision system. Post-application inspection to verify correct adhesive placement.
Assembly Station: Complete assembly of the OLED module onto the treated bracket using precise coordinates from the vision system. Monitors the adhesion force through a weighing system to ensure proper bonding.
Output Conveyor Station:Transfer of the completed modules for final quality inspection. Modules that meet quality standards proceed to the output for packaging, while non-compliant ones are redirected to the rejection conveyor for disposal.
