Despu\u00e9s de cada ciclo de screening, un <strong>m\u00f3dulo integrado de lavado con agua desionizada<\/strong> limpia autom\u00e1ticamente el circuito hidr\u00e1ulico del producto, eliminando los residuos de glicol y preparando la unidad para su retirada, sin intervenci\u00f3n del operador.<\/p>\n<p>La trazabilidad del producto se garantiza mediante la lectura de c\u00f3digo Data Matrix durante la carga, y toda la secuencia de prueba \u2014 desde las <strong>rampas t\u00e9rmicas<\/strong> y la <strong>parametrizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> hasta la <strong>activaci\u00f3n del modo del convertidor<\/strong>, las <strong>verificaciones de simetr\u00eda<\/strong>, la <strong>validaci\u00f3n de corriente y tensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, y la <strong>verificaci\u00f3n final de estado<\/strong> \u2014 est\u00e1 totalmente automatizada y gestionada por el software propietario de gesti\u00f3n de pruebas de Controlar.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>ciclo completo de screening<\/strong> tiene una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de <strong>1 hora y 45 minutos<\/strong> por unidad, garantizando una validaci\u00f3n exhaustiva de cada producto antes de salir de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema ya se encuentra instalado y en funcionamiento en las instalaciones del cliente.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=\u00bbimage_grid\u00bb images=\u00bb43748,43736,43740,43732,43846,43838,43850,43842&#8243;
