Employees took part in a hands-on, collaborative experience to explore strategic planning and the challenges leading up to 2030<\/h3>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]\n

As part of the celebration of Creativity and Innovation Day, Controlar promoted an internal initiative focused on strategic planning, aligned with the company\u2019s new roadmap towards 2030.<\/p>\n

The challenge: the “Estrategium” game<\/em><\/h3>\n[\/nectar_highlighted_text][vc_column_text]\n

The highlight of the initiative was \u201cEstrategium\u201d, an internally developed game where multidisciplinary teams took on the role of managing a fictional company.<\/p>\n

Throughout the game, each team faced different strategic scenarios and was required to make decisions based on dynamic and randomized SWOT analyses. During the challenge, participants defined priorities, selected strategic actions, and built coherent plans for their \u201ccompanies\u201d.<\/p>\n
